  • When will I receive my order? 
    Shipping within the US takes about 5-7 Business days after shipping out. International deliveries vary and is estimated at two weeks for delivery.
  • How much do you charge for shipping? 
    $5.75 Flat within Canada and the USA. $12.75 Flat rate for all international orders.
  • What shipping method is used? 
    Primarily UPS, but the courier can vary based on the location being shipped to.
  • Do you ship worldwide?
    We ship to most countries around the world.
  • Do you ship to P.O boxes? 
    Yes. Please ensure the addresses you provide are serviceable by your local post office.
  • My order was lost in transit, will I still be able to get a replacement?
    Most likely yes, please email us at [email protected] and we will take a look at it on a case by case basis.  
  • Will I be charged sales tax?
    If import or sales taxes apply to your Order, you are solely responsible for them. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and we recommend contacting your local customs office for further information. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding.
  • How do I check the status of my order? 
    You will get an email confirming your order has shipped. It will include the tracking number.
  • I have not received my order confirmation, what should I do? 
    Send an email to [email protected] with the Order ID and our Customer service department will help you out.
  • How do I change, or cancel my order? 
    Contact us right away so we can put a hold on your order right away so it doesn’t ship out.
  • How do I make a return?
    Please e-mail us about your return and we will go through each return on a case by case basis.
  • Do your products use gas?
    No. Our products are all rechargeable through micro-usb, and use a internal battery to store all of the electricity.
  • I am a retailer interested in carrying your product, how can I find out more? Please use the contact form below to send us some information on you, your company, and what kind of collaboration you would like to have with us. One of our representatives will get in touch with you within 24 hours.
